Rules and Format
Date & Time: February 18 – 21 @ 5:45 PM
Eligibility: Open to all QBF Members with active membership.
Format: Single Scratch
Day 1 – 60 Bowlers from Group A
- Will bowl total of 6 games
- Top 16 will advance to the next round
Day 2 - 60 Bowlers from Group B
- Will bowl total of 6 games
- Top 16 will advance to the next round
Day 3 - Top 32 bowlers
- Will play total of 6 games
- Top 16 will advance to the Semi-final round
Day 4 - Top 16 bowlers
- Will play total of 4 games
- Top 8 will advance to the next round
Top 8:
- Pos (1 vs. 8), (2 vs. 7), (3 vs. 6), (4 vs. 5)
- Will bowl 1 game
- Winners in the match will advance to the next round
Semi-Finals:
- Pos (1 vs. 4), (2 vs. 3)
- Will bowl 1 game
- Winners will advance to the final round
Finals:
- Winners 1 vs. Winner 2
- Will bowl 1 game
- Winner in this match will be the first placer and loser is 2nd placer
Lane movement: Transfer of lane every game L - L and R - R.
Tie breaking rules:
Qualifying: Highest score on the last game, so on and so forth until the ties is broken.
Finals: One ball roll off
Fees:
- Qatari – 50 QR
- Non-Qatari – 100 QR
