Final dates: JULY 5 - 6, 2015

QUALIFYING ROUNDS:

DIVISION A - SCRATCH GAME

• Open to all bowlers
• Div. B bowlers allowed to join but has to play scratch
• Ladies get 8 handicap/ game 
  
  

 DIVISION B - HANDICAP GAME

• Open to all bowlers w/ an average of 185 and below 
• Entering Ave. - total average from QBC/QBF clubs of the year 2014 - 2015 (minimum 9 games)
• Maximum Hdcp - 10 (see handicap range below)
• Ladies and children 13 below - Hdcp + 3
  

NOTE:

• Any bowler participating in both division and qualified they have to choose which division they have to play. 
  
•  Keyboard console will be on locked mode during try out, only designated person allowed to make score corrections. NO PRACTICE ALLOWED IN THE TOURNAMENT LANES.)
  

Tie Breaking Procedures:

Q-Rounds - Pos. 16 - Game of the 6 games, then 5th game & etc. of the game involved 

Step 1 & 2 - game 6th game then 5th game & etc. of the game involved 

Grand Finals - one ball shot till the tie is broken. 

FINALS (Both Division)

·         TOP 16 advances to the FINAL ROUNDS

·         Top 4 in each Division will advance to Step 2 Finals

STEP 1 – JULY 5, 2015 

·         Position 5 to 16 will be playing 6 games

·         Transfer of lanes every 2 games (L-L, R-R)

·         Top 6 will be joining with Top 4 in Step 2

STEP 2 (TOP 6 + TOP 4) – JULY 6, 2015 

·         Playing 6 games

·         Transfer of lanes every 2 games (L-L, R-R)

·         Top 3 advances to the Step Ladder Final Match

STEP 3 (STEP LADDER FINALS) – JULY 6, 2015 

·         1^st Match – Position 3 vs. Pos. 2 playing 1 Game.

·         Winner will meet Position 1, playing 1 Game in a twice to beat match

Lane Assignment and Lane Movement 

• During Qualification - minimum 2 players per lane
• Frequency of Movement - after each second game and during final rounds
• Movement Method - left lane players moving left / right lane players moving right
• Number of lanes to move - 2 lanes during Step 1 and 2 Finals

ENTRY POLICY

1. Maximum number of entries is unlimited 
2. Cancelling of Re-entries is possible 
3. Re-entry procedure - using the first come, first serve basis and the availability of lanes
4. Maximum3 bowlers per lane to have a re-entry. Tournament lanes cannot be used for practice. 
5. Tournament Committee reserves the right to decline entries based on availability 
6. Submitting the entry forms and fees means a bowler agreed to abide by Tournament rules and policies. 
7. During Qualification - bowlers present on tryout cannot refuse in an additional entry is added to qualify.

NOTE: All entry forms must bear the signature of the players (QBC AUDIT)

QBC/QBF RULES TO FOLLOW

Attire:

• No caps, hats, short shorts, tank tops or halter tops may be worn
• No jeans or "maong" pants during the tournament proper
• Observe bowling etiquettes

NOTE:

• For individual awards - more than one winner, prizes will be shared 
• Weekly high series - hdcp is included for those bowlers holding a hdcp 
• High Game During Qualification - Scratch for Both divisions
  

Anything not covered in the rules, will be under the discretion of the tournament Director and his decision is Final
